My name is Jenn Marsh and I am 26 years old from Traverse City, Michigan but I currently live in St. Petersburg, Florida.
I am a an artist through and through, as you will find in my website.
I am a singer/songwriter and live music performer, dancer, clothing designer, graphic designer, journalist, painter, poet, I make sculpture, take photographs and video, and more. Anything creative….sign me up!
I not only have a huge passion for the arts, but also everything outdoors, traveling to new places and learning about other cultures, any thing to do with water! I an a big environmentalist and love using my art to demonstrate that, as you will see from this site.
My background: I graduated from the University of Denver in the fall of 2021 with a major in Media Studies focusing on Journalism and Digital Media Production, a minor in International Studies focusing on Health, Development and Sustainability and extensive studies in Entrepreneurship and Art.
Prior to college, I traveled with an international non-profit organization called Up with People. During that year I traveled with a cast of 100 people from 20 different countries moving every week to a new city, state, or country where we would stay with host families, partake in community service, and perform a two hour professional broadway style show. For the organization, I was a lead dancer and singer as well as spokes person and representative. I have continued to work for them since the end of my student year as a part time dance instructor, travel performer, and advocate.

when I feel trapped inside with no voice to express…. poetry is where i go
when i feel lost, sad or alone….music is where i go
when I need a place for the creativity in my mind…. art is where i go
when i need some way to fuel my soul….dance is where I go
I believe everyone needs an outlet to escape the tight mold,
break free of the trap our society tends to hold,
to step off the conveyer belt the world uses to funnel,
each of us into one straight path like a never ending tunnel,
because our minds aren’t the same, they cant be understood in one equation,
they cannot be put into some perfect situation,
not a standardized test or a format to follow,
not a benchmark or statistic that make you feel hollow,
instead it’s the thrill of potential embracing the mind,
a sea of opportunities unique for each to find.
